I've loved this song since the first time I heard it. I'm not all that religious, but I "get it". Fifteen years ago, I was halfway homeless, hopeless, helpless, and perhaps even a little hateful. It took quite awhile to find my way to health and happiness. Some days are still better than others. Hold on to the hard lessons learned from such times.
