CSX manifest freight train M416 (Rocky Mount, NC to Cumberland, MD) is seen at a location known as "RO" short for Roslyn Operator. This was once the site of a manned tower and is on the Virginia side of Long Bridge. The area of Arlington County known as Crystal City towers in the background.
