Texas Motel and Exxon

I've driven past the Texas Motel in Gainesville for decades on my way between Dallas and Oklahoma City. The motel seemed to be in use until a couple of years ago, but I haven't seen visitors parked there in awhile. The home/office is still occupied, but that's about it.
