The Abbots Table, Tewkesbury

I have a soft spot for vernacular architecture. These shots were taken on the the old main road south close to Tewkesbury Abbey, while we were looking for a teashop. It being a Monday most of them were closed, even the Abbott's Table, and we had to settle for Wetherspoons, as so often these days. The Abbey's own Tea Room (excellent) was open, as we found out later.
