While the bus shows service 45 to Allerton Little Horton Lane - in reality it should show City Centre..

 

One of the reasons for visiting Bradford was to go to the suburb (town) of Allerton. Little did we think that we could obtain a photo of a magnificent AEC Regent V actually displaying Allerton on its blind. Evidently we must have asked the driver to wind the blind up to show the name Allerton.

 

Allerton being the surname of one of our fellow travelling companions.
