RIP Bob.
Teresa Stokes:
"This man was my neighbour in West London, named Bob Rogers. he has just passed away age 73 after being a regular at Speakers Corner since he was 16. He has had his notice since February 1991 when he pinched it from an Evening Standard newsstand. it referred in fact to "the wrong kind of snow" on the railways that month, and when he took it to Speakers Corner the following Sunday it made people smile. He said it was just something to start conversations and he loved meeting and chatting to people from all over the world".
