80_CPUs_Systolic_Array

This is the largest chip I have ever seen (and own). It is 80 CPUs that have a serpentine interconnect that connects them together. That's why it has so few pins. Each CPU has 4KB memory I think. This chip is larger than the maximum size that is normally possible, and requires 9 masks per layer, and very accurate alignment.
