Rita Hayworth 2 with Vignette
It took me almost a day to color this...it came out nicely.
I used pioneerwoman's action "Lovely and Etheral" also I darkened the edges a little to give her more of a glow. I don't know which one I like the best. It's difficult to decide.

*** I can't remember where I got the photo from exactly. It either came from someone on flickr (If it's yours or you know who's let me know so I can give credit) or if I got it from "Simplyclassics.net". I think the site is down because I haven't been able to check to see if that's where the photo came from. I did check flickr and didn't find the photo, but if you find it let me know. =)
