Beautiful Moments
There have been many beautiful moments in my life - as you can all empathise with. This was one of those times. Taken from the Hardknott Pass with the road snaking down below us to the Duddon Valley. My little car had made it ! The weather had not been great - but then ... a rainbow. Anyone who loves mountain scenery will know how wonderful it is when the sun comes out and lights up the fellsides, let alone a rainbow !
There have been more beautiful moments in my life since then, but this one, I managed to catch on camera.
Thanks for looking everyone ... hope you have beautiful moments in your lives too and I hope they last longer than a rainbow does.
NOT SOOC - but who cares ? I applied a slight texture of my own to bring it all to life a little more. Sheep aren't part of my texture ... hardy Herdwick sheep graze on the fells in all weathers and I'm sure the last thing on their minds is a rainbow :)
