Preview of a threaded comments greasemonkey script for enhancing lifehacker, gizmodo, et al.

 

Features.

Threaded and properly nested comments. (replies appear under the comment they are replying to, in chronological order.)

Indented comments.

Friends posts are highlighted.

Can easily be modified to alter the presentation to suit the user. (I've left stubs for changing the text color on all posts to be the same.)

 

Note: currently works for the reverse chronological presentation of comments, and only on the first page. I'm working on tying it in to the additional pages. (making it un-paginate the comments would be trivial after that)

 

Any suggestions welcome.
