Frank is the organizer of this meetup. He's run Java groups for many years, and know Adobe's own Aaron Houston from when he was at Sun. The usual venue for the meetup is at Apress in the Financial District, but they were having their office Christmas party. Good for us, the friendly folks at Taap.it had a cool space available in their building. They had just released the first version of their iOS application earlier that day. They struggled with managing native stacks, and will be moving to PhoneGap in the near future.
