Intel Edison Box
Intel has been pushing hard into the IoT (Internet of Things) space over the past couple of years. It makes sense. A company that sells chips, and a movement whose demand currently outstrips supply.
Their previous Maker board the Galileo left me unimpressed. The Edison however has a new, smaller form-factor, wireless and BTLE on board. Interestingly enough, it runs at 1.7 volts, but you can level shift it up. More on that with the starter kit overview.
