Teddy Bridgewater, the Vikings' QB, is a rookie how has shown some spark. He needs to demonstrate he can cope with the speed of the NFL game. Bears' QB, Jay Cutler, despite being a veteran needs to demonstrate the same qualities as Bridgewater.
