Both kickers, Adam Vinatieri and Stephen Gostkowski, were extremely accurate in 2014. They tied for the NFL lead in FG%. Adam Vinatieri kicked for the Patriots, and kicked three Super Bowl winning kicks for New England. He was released over financial considerations and moved to Indianapolis. Gostkowski replace him as a Patriot and has been among the league leaders in scoring and FG% ever since.
