4816einP Momma and baby hippo
While on a birding tour by boat on the Zambezi River near Victoria Falls, we came across this momma and baby hippo headed to the river after staying on land overnight. Momma was very wary of us; they turned and walked back into the bush until after we had passed by.
Zambezi River @ Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. The hippos were on the Zambia shoreline.
