5896ex Wizened Countenance

These Galapagos Tortoises seem like they live forever. "Youngsters" are considered those under 25 years old. This one is well over 100 years old--- it is difficult to know exactly. These are critically endangered.

 

Looking at their faces, it seems like they have weathered many years.

 

walking among them in their natural habitat was just amazing
