A familiar sight-- the oxpecker on the back of all sorts of animals, feeding on ticks, bugs, dead skin, etc.
This photo is from "The Ark", a lodge within the Aberdare National Park that essentially puts the people in the cage-- the building. It is next to a large waterhole and a salt lick, so the animals are attracted to come to you.
