3078e Great Egret

I was excited to see this infrequent visitor to southwestern Ohio while checking out one of the local areas of the Mill Creek.

 

This Great Egret was fishing not far from the Great Blue Herons I have had my eye on lately, in their rookery.

 

Handheld, 600+mm, across a sizable pond.
