1355ex adult and juvenile Crowned Crane
I have always loved being able to see these birds at our local zoo, but seeing them in the wild is so much better. The chance to see the juvenile was also a thrill.
I'm not the only fan of these beauties--- this is the national bird of Tanzania and Uganda.
