Rachaeldaisy says: I really love old blocks made with new fabrics. this fabric combination with all those different colours, different scale prints is just fantastic!! I feel every time i look at this I'd notice a different fabric or how it works in conjunction with another. Perfect points always impress me!!

Rachaeldaisy says: This is a favourite of my favourites!! My initial attraction is the colours, fresh and zesty with a sprinkle of black pepper. I love the random cutting of the background white/black fabric and then the impact of the fussy cut Henna Garden blocks. The different shades of green keep it all together perfectly.

Rachaeldaisy says: This block so simple but so very clever. I like that it tells a story. To me it looks 3 dimensional, as though the spiral is moving in the air.

Rachaeldaisy says: I've loved this quilt for ages! I love the scrappy look about it, starry circles, the way the buttons are echoed with the white spots in some of the back ground fabric. I love quilts with lots of different fabrics.

Rachaeldaisy says: This is such a special quilt, it was the first work I saw of Sujata's at Rangoli45 and I just love everything she does. This little quilt is so simple but just right. I love its wonkiness and scrappy love.

Rachaeldaisy says: Isn't it magical that half square triangles can make so many different patterns? I picked because although there are predominantly 2 colours I love the variety of fabrics.

Rachaeldaisy says: Im always attracted to Drunken Path quilts. The geometric fabric really works with the curved piecing. Nice fresh colours too.
