Finished mini Neptune!

I wanted the quilting to look like bubbles all around the middle, I used 2 different types of thread. The middle is more an iridescent white, the outside is a variegated blue. This was pretty labor intensive quilting, the inside rings took me about 3 hours to do, the outside in just under 1 and 1/2!
