Having spent a couple of days around Pathankot and the superb Narrow Gauge Kangra Valley Railway I took train 19226, the 21:25 Jammu Tawi - Bathinda Jn Express, back south to the Punjab.
On the morning of Friday 16th March 2018 Ludhiana WDG3A 14834 runs-round the train at Firozpur Cantt. Junction as the day breaks. Recently rebuilt it has been uprated to 3300 hp and fitted with the now standard APU and Daulat Ram DBR module and was another good sounding beast.
