Abu Road WDM2 twins 17316+16840 dribble out of a dingy late afternoon Rewari Junction with train 2916, the 15:05 Delhi Jn - Ahmedabad Jn "Ashram" Express. Saturday 28th October 2006. Note the guy working on semaphore '98 W'.
Always a solid ALCo pair and a very useful train for heading south out of Delhi, sadly it went over to Bhagat Ki Kothi WDP4 operation around 2008. 17316 was withdrawn as 'overaged' in October 2011, 16840 has subsequently been rebuilt as a WDM3A.
