Orissa, Indiam Thursday 21st October 2010 and VSKP original WDM3A #14090 ambles down the platform at Singapuram Road with train 242, the 05:30 Koraput Junction - Rayagada "Passenger".
Very similar to another shot from a few seconds before, but I couldn't choose between them!
