Slovenian Nut Roll Made by Nina

With grandparents from Slovenia the holiday tradition of making Slovenian nut roll called potica lives on in our house. Hand made dough rolled thin after rising is layered with a mixture of ground walnuts, honey and butter then rolled up to rise again before baking.
