Today is the last day of Iowa Northern Railway, with Canadian National assuming ownership of the railroad tomorrow.
It was a classy shortline with a Canadian Pacific inspired paint scheme and slow to moderate speeds, making chasing possible.
Apparently, not much will change to start with, so it'll be a while until images like this will be hard to come by.
