KC Transfers
Kansas City's West Bottoms area was always a great place to hang out when I lived in KC. Here, two transfers are both headed to the Gooseneck and across the Missouri River to North Kansas City. The Conrail power is pulling a BNSF transfer from Argentine yard to Murray yard while the UP train is coming from its 18th Street yard to the NS Avondale yard to the east of Murray.
Unfortunately, the track with the UP transfer is gone. It was replaced with a short connection at the Gooseneck off UP's mainline out of sight behind the trees on the right side of the frame.
