A pair of EMD flares lead Union Pacific train AHNOA-16 past Princeton siding on the east slope of Tennessee Pass. While the SD45 was working just fine, the trailing SD9043MAC was having issues loading. The crew would stop a bit further up the hill to try and fix the problem.
Fighting with constant overcast conditions all day, the sun finally broke free here just long enough to get my only sunny image of this train
