There is a fence around this recently cleared property. Trees and other people looking like a faded mural are reflections from across the street, in a clear plastic small viewing window I took the photo through. May 4, 2015. Fulton Street at Cliff Street., Lower Manhattan. Site of torn down parking building. Locally famous for it's car lifts that also moved sidways.
