Summertime, U.S.A

I spent my 4th doing what seemed like the most standard American activities imaginable. Spent the day at Venice Beach, then went to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena to tailgate with beer, BBQ, lawn games and of course fireworks. (oh, and a few good friends!) it was a great holiday and i'm super glad i came out to CA to spend it here. Taking the red-eye home tonight, so its back to normal tomorrow. ho-hum.
