One Strong Colour
It's a bit busy but shades of pink anchor Lyra's black coat in this attempt. It's been frigid cold here so haven't been out shooting, will try again tomorrow with more color work. I think the orange tones in the forest take away from and fight the impact of the pinks. Right now wish I'd have put her coral coloured collar and hair bands on instead, would've worked much better.
The softness of the image is typical of this lens (85mm 1.2) which I usually like but not sure this is the feel I'm looking for for a strong colour assignment image? Tomorrow I'll head out with a different colour, passed a dumpster on our walk today that I think will make an interesting backdrop instead of snow, snow and snow.
