Let's go! | India | Mumbai

Mumbai, formerly Bombay, is a fascinating place. I only had three days there and made use of a private guide to take me to all the key sites. The guest services staff at the Marriott hotel made the arrangements. This was the second planned stopover when traveling from Sydney to Istanbul. The first was in Singapore. The energy of Mumbai is at once exotic and hectic, with an emphasis on hectic. Having a personal guide really smoothed out the wrinkles. :o).
