Tampa - "Teco Trolley"

This streetcar went by as I walked from the parking garage to our cruise ship. It is called the "Teco Trolley," and runs about 2.4 miles (4 km), on a route that is not very useful. Right now it looks like an expensive tourist attraction and hobby line. I do not know the connection to Teco (formerly Tampa Electric Co.) the local electric utility.
