Washington - Key Bridge from Arlington

The Francis Scott Key Bridge and Potomac River, photographed from the upstream (west) side, in Arlington, Virginia. I took this photo not far from my apartment in Rosslyn.

The Key Bridge connects Arlington with the Georgetown section of Washington, which is in the background. The bridge was completed in 1923, and is the oldest existing river crossing in the Washington area. The George Washington Memorial Parkway is in the foreground, on the Virginia side of the Potomac. There is a George Washington Parkway on each side of the river.
