St. Thomas - Paradise Point from Ship

Paradise Point overlooks Charlotte Amalie and the harbor on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. I took this photo from the ship as it left the island. You can see part of the Celebrity ship Summit at left.

 

The Skyride, a cable car. takes tourists to the top of Paradise Point. I had taken it last year, but it had gone out of service in the late spring. I saw cars moving between the towers (not visible in this photo), so it must be operating again.
