Djedkhonsefankh wears a wig that is typical of the preceding 22nd Dynasty, a sign of archaism as it was dedicated by his son Nekhttefnut. This block statue only renders the shape of the hands and head.
Djedkhonsefankh is seen adoring the gods Ptah-Sokar and Khonsu on sides.
