Governor Reni

Fragment of a statue of governor Reni.

This statue depicts a local governor, called Reni.

He is depicted seated and shrouded in a garment that covers his body to the ankles - typical iconography associated with noblemen. Reni was also the overseer of the priests in the city of Nekhbet.
