In 1933 ann darow had be captured by Kong the giant ape, she ran away only to be chased by two of thse monsters, she went into a log and the Foetodon was clawing at her until a v-rex came a bit the beast in half while the other one ran away, in 1937 like other skull island creatures where taken to monster island.
