Panoramic Tipton

I'm not sure I really captured the full excitement of Tipton Green at night. The round building is the Neptune Health Centre (opened 1998), whilst the pub on the left is "The Fountain", where William Perry a.k.a. "the Tipton Slasher" used to drink. The canal runs between Birmingham and Wolverhampton, leaving Tipton, as I like to think, as a "rose between two thorns".
