A mother's work is never done.
Here's the story on this image:
This is a composite of four images from the same series as a previous post (“The Hideout”). I thought they were too similar to post separately, but good enough that I wanted to do something with them. I had the idea for a four or five panel composite, but as I was working on that, I came up with this idea. It is a four-panel composite, but each panel is cropped narrowly with every other panel mirrored horizontally. An unusual looking wildlife image - I think it works, but probably not to the taste of wildlife photography purists.
It may be just me, but I see a bit of "I could sure use a break" in her eyes. This kit has three sibs.
