Edmonton Morning

I took this photo this morning. It was just below freezing and taken from the Jame McDonald Bridge which is pretty high up and exposed to the wind. I am afraid I got cold.

The City is building a funicular just below the Hotel McDonald, which you can see in the grey line below the french chateau style building, which is the Hotel McDonald and the brightly lit area to the right.
