Where's the water? he falls are a series of rapids / falls on the end of the main road from Highway no.1. First left after Chiang Rai airport (northwards)and continue onwards and upwards until you enter a national (forest park). Park and walk for 15-20 minutes, not so spectacular but certainly pleasant.
