Headquarters for The DeBartolo Corporation in Boardman (Youngstown).
For those not in the know, DeBartolo was a legendary mall developer, and he was responsible for my all-time favorite mall, Randall Park. If he were still alive, I think he'd be shocked over Randall's closing, and current state.
His HQ is right down the road from another of his malls, Southern Park (which is alive and well).
