IN THE DAWG HOUSE
I used to know the date this hangar was built, but somehow that detail escapes me at the moment. Pretty sure it was during WWII. Anyway, here are two T-34C Turbo Mentors assigned to VFA-122 in El Centro's T-34 hangar. These birds are used for range control and safety observation of student pilots learning to dive bomb and strafe in the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet.
