The Lady Norsewood Rose Garden is part of the Wellington Botanical Gardens. It is an award-winning garden has created in 1950 and has 110 formal beds, each representing a different variety of rose. The design is geometric with colonnades on three sides, creating a striking contrast to the backdrop of bush and sloping lawns.

 

Its extensive flora selection has won its designation from the Royal New Zealand Institute of Horticulture as a Garden of National Significance.
