Night at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. Also known as the Mooncake festival this is second only to Chinese New Year to the Chinese culture. Here 1,000 hand-painted lanterns from Singaporeans of all walks of life represented the importance of the lantern and families at this festival. Children all over Singapore carried small lanterns in night-time parks mid September.
