Scale Drawing of 1960's Cohen's Optical Time/Temperature Display

A scale rendition (done 8 pixels to an inch rather than the usual 4 to an inch) of one side of the double-side time/temperature display seen on both the west and east faces of the corner entrance to what started out as Cohen's Optical on the northwest corner of Delancey and Orchard Streets on the Lower East Side of Manhattan (along what could be called "Eyeglass Row," across from Sol Moscot Opticians which was on the northeast corner), and is now the linchpin of the Cohen's Fashion Optical chain. Put up in the 1960's and used into at least the 1980's if not a bit past that, this 'Time-O-Temp' unit from Time-O-Matic (with 'K'-style numerals) is confirmed to be the only other known such unit (apart from the Squibb / Watchtower / Panorama double-sided clock facing both Columbia Heights and Furman Street across the river in Brooklyn south of the Brooklyn Bridge, and a double-sided clock above the entrance to the Brooklyn Savings Bank at 209 Montague Street) to have shown the degree sign (in a 4 x 5 grid, taking up 10 bulbs) when displaying the temperature. From studying old photos, the bulb spacing both vertically and horizontally appears to be 3" (presumably with S14 bulbs used). Here is what would be typical temperatures in that area on a hot summer's day.
