Four White Lightning 1600s. One camera left in an octobox as the main light, one camera right in a giant softbox as the fill light and one on either side behind the model in gridded strip-banks as separation/hair lights. All lights triggered via Pocket Wizard Plus II's.

 

Nikon D3, Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR lens, ISO 200, 200mm, f/4.5, 1/250 sec.
