We made a stop in Bodie California on our way to Lake Tahoe. What a cool ghost town! The town was settled in 1859 as a gold rush town. Bodie is one of the most intact ghost towns still standing. Many of the buildings have much of the contents of the day still sitting on tables and vanities. It is worth the detour if you happen to be in the area. It it truly a Photographer's Paradise!
