(#52) Orange Lichen

Some of the flowers and plants we saw on our trip to Alaska.

 

Splotches of bright orange lichen hiding in the crevice of granite rock. This was in Canada near Tombstone Visitor Center on the Dempster Highway. We were going to go to the Arctic Circle on this road but stopped short.
